Learn about the farmers and how their growing practices, environment, and processing methods affect the coffee in their specific growing region.
Taste how the roaster unlocks and modulates certain flavors with different roast profiles.
Explore hands-on how roasters cup coffee for quality control, and how it affects our decision making and then translates to a brew method.
Our goal with this class is not only to educate on our coffees and producers, but to help you as the consumer, navigate the grocery aisle or cafe with better purchasing decisions.
