We Taste: Fragrance and aroma of brown sugar and dark fruits. Notes of cocoa powder and raisin with an aftertaste of cooked blueberry, rooibos tea and sweet bread pastry. Medium malic and acetic acidity with a medium-heavy body and smooth mouthfeel.
